Welcome to Le Grove Hotel. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a reservation or using our services. By confirming a booking, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) which form a binding agreement between you (“Guest”, “You”, “Your”) and Le Grove Hotel (“Hotel”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
1. Reservations & Payment
- All reservations must be made through our official website or authorized booking partners.
- To confirm your booking, a deposit or full prepayment may be required, as specified during the booking process.
- Payment methods accepted: credit / debit card, bank transfer, cash on arrival, Whish, and OMT.
- We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if payment or confirmation of payment is not received within the specified time frame.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in writing by email to Info@legrovehotel.com or through the booking platform used to make the reservation.
- The effective date of cancellation is the date the Hotel receives your written notice.
- All cancellations are subject to confirmation by the Hotel, typically within 48 hours of receipt.
- If you cancel up to 48 hours prior to your booking date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- A cancellation made within 24 hours of your booking will incur a 50% charge.
- A cancellation made less than 24 hours before check-in will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
- Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days.
3. Flexible Bookings (Special Conditions)
- Some promotional or discounted flexible rates may carry specific cancellation deadlines (e.g., 3 or 5 days prior to arrival).
- Guests should always review the rate conditions displayed at the time of booking.
- Where flexible terms apply, cancellations outside the stated deadline are refundable in full, while late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Non-refundable bookings require full prepayment at the time of reservation.
- No refunds, date changes, or modifications are permitted under any circumstance.
- In cases of force majeure (see section 16), the Hotel may, at its discretion, offer a credit voucher for future stays.
5. Group Bookings and Long-Stay Reservations
- Group reservations (defined as five or more rooms) and long-stay bookings (more than 10 consecutive nights) are subject to separate cancellation and deposit terms.
- Unless otherwise specified in a group agreement, cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund, while cancellations made within 14 days will be charged 50% of the total stay.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are fully chargeable.
- Refund timelines follow the same process as individual bookings.
6. Peak Seasons and Special Events
During holiday periods, public holidays, or special local events, stricter cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking and take precedence over standard terms. In most cases, cancellations during these high-demand periods are non-refundable once confirmed.
7. No-Shows, Early Departures, and Modifications
- No-shows (failure to arrive on the scheduled date) will be charged the full stay amount with no entitlement to a refund.
- Early departures are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
- Reservation modifications (e.g., changing dates or reducing nights) are subject to availability and may result in rate changes or additional fees.
- The Hotel reserves the right to consider modifications as cancellations if new dates cannot be accommodated.
8. Travel Delays and Flight Cancellations
- The Hotel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or missed stays due to flight issues, visa complications, or other travel disruptions beyond our control.
- Guests should contact us as soon as possible in such cases — we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your stay, subject to availability and applicable fees.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen disruptions.
9. Refund Currency, Fees, and Exchange Rates
- All refunds are processed in USD or Lebanese Pounds (LBP) depending on the original payment currency.
- If payment was made in LBP, refunds will be converted at the Hotel’s internal exchange rate on the processing date.
- The Hotel is not liable for any fluctuations in exchange rates, international transfer fees, or bank processing charges.
- Administrative fees or transaction costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
10. Accessibility and Special Requests
- The Hotel offers one accessible guest room for wheelchair users.
- Requests for accessible rooms, adjoining rooms, or special amenities must be made in advance. While every effort will be made to fulfil such requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Baby cots are available for USD 20 per night, and extra beds are available for USD 40 per night, subject to availability.

Le Grove Hotel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be published on the Hotel’s website and take immediate effect upon posting. Guests are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
13. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time: by 12:00 PM (noon).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- If rooms are not immediately available upon arrival, we will gladly hold your luggage until check-in.
14. Guest Obligations & Conduct
- Guests must respect the comfort, safety, and privacy of other guests and hotel staff at all times.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within all indoor areas of the hotel, except on guest-room balconies and the outdoor terrace.
- Pets are not permitted anywhere on the hotel premises.
- Any damage caused to hotel property by the guest or their visitors must be reported immediately and will be charged accordingly.
15. Liability & Safekeeping
- In-room safes are provided for storing valuables. The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to items not stored in secured facilities.
- Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.
- The Hotel’s liability is limited to direct damages only and shall not exceed the room rate for the affected night(s), except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
16. Force Majeure
The Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, power outages, or similar circumstances.
17. Intellectual Property & Website Use
- All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Le Grove Hotel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
18. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By using our website or making a booking, you consent to this policy.
19. Modification & Termination
- Le Grove Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on our website.
- Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- The Hotel may cancel a booking or refuse service at its discretion in cases of guest misconduct, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon.
21. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure by the Hotel to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future.

- Full Refund
If you cancel no later than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date, you will be eligible for a full refund, less any processing or administrative fees.
- Partial Refund (50%)
If you cancel within 24 hours prior to check-in, you will be charged 50% of the booking amount as cancellation fee.
- No Refund (No-Show)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking or failure to arrive (“no-show”) will not be eligible for any refund.
- Refund Processing Time

Yes — we have an outdoor swimming pool. Hours of operation: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
5. Is there a gym / fitness facility?
Yes. Our gym is accessible 24 hours, so you can maintain your fitness routine at your convenience.
6. Do you offer baby cots or extra beds?
Baby cots are provided free of charge (upon prior request). Extra beds are available for 30 USD per night, subject to room availability.
7. Do you offer massage or spa services?
We provide massage therapy sessions for our guests. To ensure availability, sessions must be booked at least 4 hours in advance via reception or WhatsApp.
8. Are rooms smoking-friendly?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Guests may smoke only on private room balconies or the outdoor terrace.
